The ASTM D1177 Automatic Freezing Point Tester is designed and made as per the National Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T2430 "Test Methods for Freezing Point of Jet Fuels" and the Industry Standard of People's Republic of China SH/T0090 "Test Methods for Freezing Point of Engine Cooling Liquid". Equipped with different accessories, it can be used to determine freezing point of jet fuels, engine cooling liquids and condensation liquids. It is a multifunctional freezing point tester.

1.This Digital Freezing Point Tester is composed of refrigeration system, industrial control upper computer control system, embedded hardware control system, electromechanical stirring system, cold bath test and observation system, frame structure shell system, etc.
 
2.The Automatic Freezing Point Analyzer is equipped with a 15-inch industrial computer touch screen, parameter setting before the experiment, monitoring during the automatic experiment, and the display of related experimental data (such as real-time cooling curve) can be realized on the touch screen, and the software interface adopts a humanized design, and the functions are clear at a glance.
 
3.The cold bath device of this instrument can carry out parallel tests of two test tubes at the same time; The stainless steel cooling bath is inlaid with multi-layer internal air heated glass windows, which have good thermal insulation performance, no dew and no frost, and excellent visual performance.
 
4.The overlapping imported compressor refrigeration system has fast cooling speed, low noise, no vibration, and the lowest temperature can reach -75°C.
 
5.The cold bath adopts special double-layer electrically heated glass to prevent fogging, facilitate observation, and solve the problem of easy damage to the transportation of traditional dewar bottles.
 
6.Built-in high-precision temperature controller, sensor and heating tube to form a temperature control system; The two parts of control refrigeration and heating compensate each other to achieve thermal equilibrium, so that the temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.1°C.
 
7.A special motor drives the test stirring device for linear motion up and down.
